项目摘要

本研究は、わが国のクリティカルケア看護師へ向けたモラルディストレス測定尺度（以下MDS-CCNJ）を開発し、その信頼性と妥当性を検証することを目的としている。この目的を達成するために、①MDS-CCNJ の内容妥当性の確認と検討、②MDS-CCNJ 原案の決定と質問紙調査の実施および評価することを計画している。本年度は、①のMDS-CCNJ の内容妥当性の確認と検討を目指した。まず、2021年度に実施したクリティカルケア看護師10名へのインタビュー調査の結果より、モラルディストレスの根本原因である個人の価値観や信念に従った行動の制約を参考にして、新たな質問項目を作成した。次に、2021年に文献検討により作成した質問項目53項目とインタビューにより見出した20項目を追加し73項目の質問項目を特定した。さらに、現役クリティカルケア看護師により質問項目への意見を参考に、現在のクリティカルケア状況に即さない表現、項目の重複、文章の分かり難さを修正し、61項目のMDS-CCNJ（Draft）を作成した。本研究の当初の計画では、MDS-CCNJ（Draft）を基に予備調査、本調査を実施する予定だったが、予備調査の前にクリティカルケア看護領域や尺度開発の専門家により質問項目の内容妥当性を定量化して検討する段階を加えるよう計画を修正した。

The purpose of this study is to develop and demonstrate the reliability and appropriateness of the measurement scale (MDS-CCNJ). This goal is achieved through (1) confirmation and discussion of MDS-CCNJ content appropriateness,(2) implementation and evaluation of MDS-CCNJ original decision and inquiry paper investigation. This year, the MDS-CCNJ was reviewed for confirmation of the appropriateness of its content. In 2021, the results of the survey conducted by 10 caregivers in 2021 showed that the root causes of nursing problems were related to personal values, beliefs, and action constraints. In 2021, the document search was conducted on the basis of 53 questions and 20 questions, and 73 questions were added. In addition, the current status of the project, the duplication of the project, the difficulty of the article, and the MDS-CCNJ (Draft) of 61 projects were created. The original plan of this study was based on MDS-CCNJ (Draft) preliminary investigation, preliminary analysis of the implementation of this investigation, preliminary investigation, quantitative analysis of the appropriateness of the contents of the items, and revision of the plan.
