平成19年度に23名のケアマネジャー(介護支援専門員)に行ったインタビューを質的帰納的に分析した結果をもとに、平成20年度に「ケアマネジャーに倫理的ジレンマをもたらす要素の検討に関する調査」として質問紙を作成し全国調査を行った。その結果をSPSS(Var.17)にて因子分析した結果、ケアマネジャーに専門的行為の抑制をもたらすモラルディストレスの要因は4因子、モラルディストレスの反応は5因子で構成されていた。

The results of the analysis of the 23 health care workers in Pingcheng in 19, and the key factors in the management of the health care system in Pingcheng in the year 20, have been established in the national bank of China. Results the results of SPSS (Var.17) factor analysis and the behavior of the control group were affected by 4 factors and 5 factors.
