项目摘要

子どもの虐待予防には、虐待に至る前の気になる段階から継続的に支援することが重要である。このような支援として、我々は2006年より「気になる」妊婦・乳児の母・幼児の母を対象とした「Nobody’s Perfectペアレンティングプログラム(以下NP) またはNP手法活用のグループ支援(以上は週1回、6回連続で認定ファシリテーターが話し合い等を進める)」と、これらに参加経験のある母へのフォローアップグループ支援(2種類ある ①幼児の母グループ終了後に同メンバーで年3回実施、②その後新たなメンバーで年5回実施)を実践し、評価研究を進めてきた(平成18～20年度・平成21～23年度、平成27～30年度の科研費基盤研究C)。本研究の目的は、これらのグループに複数回参加することの効果、例えばどのような心理面と行動の変化に繋がったのかを、参加した母へのインタビューにより明らかにすることである。2019年度は、5種類のグループ支援にうち2つ以上に参加した母親に対してプレインタビューを行い、悩みや経験・考えをサポーティブに共有する話し合いを通して「気のはらない人と安心して話ができる」「グループがあるから子育てを頑張れる」、子どもが大きくなっても(小学生以上)悩みはあり「グループによる現実吟味/カタルシス/自分に取り入れられる考え等の獲得が子育て・生活状況の悪化防止になってている」等の効果の一端がわかった。この結果を基にフォーカス・グループ・インタビューを行う予定であったが、以降はコロナ禍のため実施できなかった。今後、対面で実施する予定である。一方、これまでの研究成果を基に母親向けの育児不安・困難の軽減や虐待防止をねらいとした小冊子の作成について検討し、準備を進めてきた。今年度に完成させて印刷する予定である。
