项目摘要

（１）財の売買に伴う価格交渉の問題を、労働市場での賃金交渉に置き換え、労働者の賃金の個別交渉と団体交渉という交渉形態の選択の問題を提携の形成問題に捉え直して考察を行った清滝ふみ氏との共同研究(Unified or Separate Wage bargaining without Commitments to form Coalitions)は、現在査読付きの学術雑誌に投稿し、査読者からのコメントを反映しながら改訂し、投稿を続けているが、まだ、掲載を許可される状況には至っていない。改訂の中で提携の外部性の存在によって賃金交渉に遅れが生じるケースなども追加したりして、内容の改善は行った。（２）企業提携の文脈で２つのサプライヤーが購入者との提携の問題を考える際に、３社での提携を所与とするのではなく、２社での個別提携の可能性を導入することで、サプライヤーの研究開発投資の誘因を与えることができることを示した清滝ふみ氏との共同研究（The Option of Sequential Alliances for Cooperative Investments)は、いくつかのサプライヤーの研究開発投資に関する事例（アップルの環境対応サプライヤー契約、トヨタ、ダイソーとの提携、自動運転自動車開発での地図会社と自動車会社の提携）を追加し、大幅に改訂を行い、現在査読付き学術雑誌に投稿中である。（３）売り手２人、買い手1人の財の売買交渉で、買い手2人から財を購入し、合成財を生産する状況で、単一の財の価値は公的情報で、合成財の価値が買い手の私的情報である状況を考察した不完備情報交渉ゲームの研究は、交渉において1人の売り手との売買交渉の結果が見えるかみえないかを注目して研究を続けてきた。売買交渉が見えないケースの分析に苦戦していたが、理論モデルが完成し、現在、分析を進めている途中である。
