项目摘要

今年度は昨年度と同様に，2年目（R1年度）に行った大学生の政治的リテラシーに関する質問紙調査（調査1）のデータ，追加で行った質問紙調査（調査2）データの再検討を行った。＜方法＞9つの要因（1.属性，2.学校教育，3.家族・友人・知人，4.政治的経験，5.メディア，6.政治的知識，7.意識・技能・態度，8.価値，9.意思決定）を設定し，質問項目を構成した。調査1，2の調査対象は長野県の2つの大学における18歳以上の男女大学生計259名。調査時期は調査1が2019年7月。調査2が2020年1月。調査1，2の合計は360名。＜結果＞調査1の結果を補完する結果となった。小中高の「政治学習の学習方法」は講義法が最も多い。小中学校では活動的な学習も一定程度なされている。政治的な争点や実際の政策を扱う授業は高校で増加。「政治的な問題や政策について話し合った機会」は全体的に少なく，話し合う相手は家族，友達，先生，の順。「リーダー経験・政治に関わる経験」では，学校内のリーダー経験が中心で，実際の政治に関わる機会は少ない。「よく利用するメディア」はSNS，テレビ，ニュースサイトの順に多く,「選挙・政治にかかわる情報源」はテレビ，SNS，新聞の順。「政治的知識」のうち説明できるものは8項目中「基本的人権」「選挙の意味」のみで，特に「政党の政策」「日本の政治家」が説明できない。＜要因間の関係＞「政治的な問題・政策について話し合った」「子どもの時，投票日に親と一緒に投票所に行った」「リーダー経験・政治に関わる経験」「政治的ポジティブ度」の4項目と「選挙で投票した経験」に有意な関係が見られた。「政治・選挙の情報源」「政治的知識」と「選挙で投票した経験」には有意差が認められなかった。「政治的ポジティブ度」「選挙で投票した経験」の2項目と「選挙への投票意欲」に有意な関係が認められた。
