项目摘要

2022年度はCOVID-19の影響を受け研究調査の進捗に遅延を生じたため1年延期申請済（2023年末まで）.2022年度は以下の研究調査などを完了.　①千葉県S市において市民76名を対象とした「在宅療養・看取り啓発プログラム」の展開を実施.講座前（回収率72.4%）後（回収率75%）3か月後（回収率48.1%）であった。在宅療養・看取りについての窓口や訪問看護師の存在について知らなかったがプログラムによって分かったと答えた.自身のS地域での看取りの可能性には不安を示した.正しい情報が市民レベルに元気な時から届いていないことが示唆された.　②道内A市で30名を対象に「社会資源が限定的な地域で認知症があっても最期まで暮らせるか」を問いに住民フォーラムを実施（研究者らの先行調査で認知症が住民の最大の不安と示されていた認知症をキーワードにフォーラム開催）.30名がフォーラムに参加.最新研究に基づく認知症研修会後に無記名アンケートを実施.Aで認知症になっても最期まで暮らしたいと75%が回答したが，実際に可能だと回答した参加者は61%で「認知症であることの情報共有して助け合える仕組みがあれば可能ではないか」と70％がが回答.他が認知症になったらサポートする意思があると100％が回答するも自身が認知症になったら知らせたくないと25%が回答.理由は「認知症を正しく理解していない人もいるので精神障がい者だと思われたくない」であった.　認知症そのものが未だ一般的にはStigmaを伴う病気であると推測された.　③F地での「多重被災を受けて止む無く遠方へ避難した後に故郷へ帰還した在宅療養者と主介護者を対象にした学官連携調査」を完了.結果を基にしたアセスメントシートを福島県F病院（被災地に位置する）で使用開始.調査研究結果を福島県F地で協力者・行政・医療関係者・地方紙代表を対象に報告会を開催.
