项目摘要

本研究は「臨床看護師を対象とした科学的根拠に基づく実践のための教育プログラムの評価」(以下、プログラム)を行う研究であり、4年目に研究計画の変更を行った。5年目は、変更後の計画に則り、教育プログラムで使用するEvidece-based Practice(以下、EBP)の教育介入研究を実施するために教材の制作・e-learningシステムの構築・研究倫理審査の申請を行った。(1)教材の開発：全22Moduleで構成される教材のスライド制作、収録撮影を行った。1Moduleは約1時間で、1コンテンツ約15分程度の複数の動画教材で構成される。PDF・動画の教材としてe-learningシステムへの搭載を行っている。(2)補助教材の開発：全22Moduleを概観できる学習マップ、学習者のニーズやレディネスに応じて学習コンテンツを取捨選択するための学習ガイド＜学習者用＞＜教育担当者用＞の開発を行った。(3)研究の実施：研究倫理審査委員会に申請し、承認された。現在、研究対象者のリクルートに入っている。(4)研究成果の公表：①教育介入のアウトカムの選定にあたて取り組んだEBPの自己評価尺度に関するレビュー論文が採択・公開された。②本研究課題に先行して行っていたEBPと文献の批判的吟味とその学習に関連する要因分析の論文が採択・公開された。③(3)の研究のプロトコルペーパーの草稿を作成し、投稿準備を行っている。④教育介入のアウトカム評価の一環で翻訳した尺度のcognitive interviewの結果を現在分析中である。⑤研究報告会を2023年3月に実施し、本研究のこれまでの取り組みを発表した。

This study was conducted on the basis of the evaluation of the scientific basis for clinical nurses 'education (hereinafter referred to as "education") and the revision of the 4-year research plan. 5 years later, the project is planned to be revised, and the application for ethical review of educational intervention research using Evidece-based Practice(hereinafter, EBP) is carried out. (1)Development of teaching materials: all 22 modules are composed of teaching materials, production, recording and image processing. 1Module is composed of a plurality of animation teaching materials with a time of about 1 minute and a time of about 15 minutes. PDF·Animation teaching materials and e-learning system (2)The development of subsidized textbooks: all 22 modules are designed for learners, learners and educators. (3)Conduct of the study: Application for approval by the Research Ethics Committee. Now, the research object is classified into two categories. (4)The results of the study are listed as follows: ① Selected topics of educational intervention, selected topics of EBP evaluation criteria, selected topics of research papers, published topics, etc. (2) The thesis of EBP and critical analysis of literature is published. (3) The draft of the research project is prepared and the submission preparation is carried out. (4) The results of cognitive interview in the evaluation of educational intervention are analyzed. 5. The research report will be implemented in March 2023, and the selection and organization of this research will be announced.
