项目摘要

2022年度にはようやく新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況が落ち着き、当初より予定していたイタリアでの在外研究を2022年8月4日より始めることができた。在外研究では、当初予定していた研究目的を拡張し、在外研究先についてもパルマ大学に加え、ミラノ工科大学でも積極的に研究活動を実施した。まずパルマ大学では、当初予定していた国際比較研究に基づくグローバル会計人養成のための会計教育研究方法に関して、特にオンライン学習環境を介した研究を継続した。すでにパンデミック中に収集していたデータを活用して、分析を行った。海外共同研究者とは毎週パルマ大学で打ち合わせを行い、論文執筆に向けて調整を行なってきた。また、パルマ大学ではヨーロッパの4つの大学（グルノーブルビジネススクール、エストニアビジネススクール、ポルト国際大学、パルマ大学）と共同しプロジェクト型学習（PBL）をグローバルに展開する授業にも参加した。この教材はオンライン環境と対面授業を活用して効果的・効率的にグローバルビジネス教育を展開するグローバルPBLとなっていた。来年度は当該授業のデザインと運営にも関わることになった。さらにミラノ工科大学では、グローバル会計人養成に関わるテーマとして新たにデザイン思考によるビジネス・パーソンのスキル開発について研究テーマを拡張して研究活動を行なった。大学では招聘していただいたProf. Claudo Dell’Era の授業に参加し、ビジネス教育としての要点を把握することができた。また今後、データ収集について協力いただけることを確約いただいた。
