项目摘要

農村地域の持続的な発展に向けては、地域に根ざした資源や文化を生かし、住民が主体となって自らの生活環境をよりよくしていくことが重要である。本研究では“住民の地域づくりに対する当事者意識や意欲をどのように高め主体的な行動につなげていくか”という実践課題に対し、住民の内発性（地域内外の資本を持続可能な方法で活用しながら地域づくりを実践する力量）の醸成に資する計画理論を構築することを目的としている。初年度であった令和3年度は、内発的発展および住民の主体形成に関する既往研究を整理した上で研究計画を構築した。それを踏まえ、住民の内発性醸成に資する仕組みづくりとして、地域と学校の協働による探究学習（総合的な探究の時間）に着目し、その実践事例である長野県上伊那地域の「郷土愛プロジェクト」を対象にオンライン調査と1か月の滞在調査を実施した。滞在調査では、中学校や高校で行われている探究学習およびキャリア教育の参与観察と、それらの運営に携わる地域住民に対するヒアリング調査をおこない、「郷土愛プロジェクト」の発足背景と発展の経緯、地域と学校をつなぐコーディネーターの役割などもあわせて全体像を把握した。学術的な成果としては、2021年度農村計画学会春期大会にて、前年度までの研究成果であった英国の農村移住者の地域愛着に関するポスター発表を行い、ポスター賞を受賞したことが挙げられる。本発表の内容は学術論文として公表することを予定しており、それを踏まえて今後の英国調査を実施する予定である。

Academic achievements at the 2021 Rural Planning Society Spring Conference and the previous year's research results were awarded to the UK's rural migrants. The contents of this paper are intended for academic papers and public tables, and for future British investigations.
