项目摘要

本年度は、概ね特段の支障なく研究活動を遂行することができた。主な成果は以下の5点である。1.本年度の最も大きな成果は、フランス国立ソルボンヌ・ヌーヴェル大学における拠点を構築し、史料調査及び研究交流活動を進めることができた点にある。コロナウィルスによる渡航制限や当該国での行動制限等も続くなか、2022年7月よりソルボンヌ・ヌーヴェル大学で仏外交史・冷戦史研究の第1人者であるフレデリック・ボゾ(Frederic Bozo)教授から研究上必要となる指導を受けた2.パリ市を拠点とした史料調査を行なった。まずパリ市郊外に位置する仏外務省史料館を中心に、特に対米及び対英関係に関わる仏外交政策の形成過程に関わる史料収集を行った。一部資料についてマイクロフィルム化された際に史料番号が変化しており、先行研究における史料番号との照合作業に時間を要したが、概ね必要となる史料にはアクセスし調査を行った。次に同市郊外にある国立公文書館にて、当時の首相府の史料及び公刊資料の収集を行った。本研究の鍵となるアクターであるジョルジュ・ビドーについては、個人史料があることを発見し、順次閲覧を進めている。3.また2023年2月より2週間ロンドン市に滞在し、英国立公文書館において英外務省及び首相府の関連資料の閲覧を行なった。主に先行研究等で既に使用されている史料群を入手することに成功した。4.上記調査等と並行しつつ、先行研究及び公刊資料の入手及び参照、再検討を行なった。5.2023年3月には、これまでの研究成果をまとめ、日仏政治学会の査読付学会誌『日仏政治研究』第17号に「第四共和政期フランス広報文化外交体制の拡大と変容―対米外交の事例から(1945-1958)―」という論文を提出し掲載された。

This year's research activities were carried out in a special segment. The main result is the following five points. 1. The most important achievements of this year are the construction of historical materials, research and exchange activities of national universities and universities.
