SHED was shown to have the character of MSC as well as HSC. SHED low expression of HLA. SHED was successfully induced to the hepatocyte-like cell in medium. These hepatocyte-like cells were settled to the damaged liver tissue in CCl4 induced liver chirrhosis as well as Wilson disease. These cells could compose the sphere structure. On the other hand, 3D liver structure was built using 3D bioprinter.
