Basic study on coaching of leader training on Nature Experience / Outdoor Activity

本研究的目的是汇编基本数据，高级教师应该如何最好地教科目的经验，在自然和户外活动。为此，与有领导讲师培训计划经验的人举行了公开听证会，与专家举行了研究小组讨论，并针对高级讲师进行了活动调查。结果显示，高级讲师：1）期望获得哲学和意识形态等领域的广泛教育; 2）要求以合乎逻辑的方式进行教学; 3）由于受到热心人士的广泛支持，他们不可避免地会考虑促进活动的传播。此外，在提高高级教员的逻辑思维和增强他们的自我意识方面，被认为是有效的培训方法包括教练提出敏锐问题和提供高质量反馈的教练方法。

The objective of this research was to compile basic data on how senior instructors should best teach the subjects of experiences in nature and outdoor activities. For this purpose, public hearings were held with people who had experience in leading instructor training programs, study group discussions were held with specialists, and activity surveys were conducted targeting senior instructors. The results revealed that senior instructors were: 1) expected to acquire a broad education in such areas as philosophy and ideology; 2) required to instruct in a logical manner; and 3) inevitably expected to give consideration to promoting the spread of activities, given the widespread support they received from enthusiasts. Moreover, training methods that were found to be effective in improving the logical thinking of senior instructors and enhancing their self-awareness involved coaching methods in which coaches posed astute questions and provided quality feedback.
