Development of IgA-Immune Complex Vaccine for the Prevention and Treatment of Allergy

我们发现母乳中存在食物过敏原与特异性IgAs的免疫复合物，并提出母乳是预防食物过敏的天然可饮用疫苗的假设。在本研究中，我们证明了从人唾液中制备的天然IgA免疫复合物和将卵清蛋白与IgA化学偶联的伪免疫复合物作为诱导小鼠耐受的直接因素具有疫苗功能。此外，我们还阐明了益生菌对这种耐受性诱导的强化作用。

We found existence of food allergens as immune complexes with specific IgAs in mother's milk and have proposed a hypothesis that mother's milk is a natural drinkable vaccine for food allergy prevention. In this research, we proved that both natural IgA immune complex prepared from human saliva and pseudo immune complex which chemically coupled ovalbumin with IgA showed vaccine function as a direct factor for tolerance induction in mice. In addition, we clarified reinforcement effect by the probiotics on this tolerance induction.
