本年度は、第一年度（平成25年度）の結果に基づき、確定的制御手法で推計した社会構造を表現する手法を開発した。その基本構造は住民の生活する基本行政空間を、日本については「市区町村」単位とし、世界では「国連の構成国」単位として、地図上に表現する手法を開発することを目標とした。このために、まず国土地理院の発行による地図画像「数値地図200000」を使用し、都道府県単位で、全市区町村のある時点での社会構造と経済機能分布を表現する手法を開発した。応用ソフトウエアはApple Scriptを使用した。政策研究大学院大学の「極大値後の社会構造研究ネットワーク(PMN)」のネットワークワークショップで使用するパーソナルコンピュータ（PC）では、全日本の市区町村を一覧できるようなディスプレイは存在しないため、地域を６道+沖縄県の７枚の地図とし、４台のディスプレイを２基のPCを使い表示し、ワークショップ参加者のPCを制御装置として、その各部の動態を拡大して見ることができるようなシステムを開発した。詳細はPMNのホームページifuji122に解説してあり、地図化した2010年の国勢調査の社会構造関連データを見ることが可能となった。ついで、政策の導入により目標とする各種の社会変量や経済変量を達成する時間を変えた場合、何が確定的なパラメータとなるかを知るために、幾つかの都道府県の国勢調査2000年と2005年のデータから推計された2010年のデータを用い分析を行い始めた。さらに今後急速に高齢化が進むと思われる2025年へ向けて、2015年の国勢調査によるデータが得られ次第、人口構造の人間生物学的特性と、人の経済社会を変化させる政策の社会移動率への影響を分析し確定論モデルに投入して、将来の社会政策決定の指標にすべく、準備を始めた。
