英文摘要
This project aims at the first total synthesis chondrochloren. The most prominent structural features of the chondrochlorens are a rare Z-Enamide unit and a polyoxygenated middle fragment. Both fragments are synthetically challenging and we plan to establish synthetic solutions within this project. As the pivotal transformation the Ullmann-Goldberg coupling joins the polyoxygenated fragment with the aromatic fragment and established the challenging Z-Enamide.
