项目摘要

The objectives of the research have been successfully attained after two years of research. The major research results obtained are as follows; 1. Design and manufacture of ultra-precision intelligent machining control system The main part of the system was designed and manufactured according to the original plan. The main body is made of super-invar in order to cope with the thermal and dynamic problems. 2. Development of knowledge base and control algorithms for intelligent control The softwares were developed for the intelligent control of the system and implemented to a 16bit personal computer. 3. Analysis and evaluation of fundamental properties of developed system The accuracy, the rigldlty, the thermal property and the dynamic response of the developed system were mainly analyzed and evaluated. It is confirmed that the system performance Is satisfactory. 4. Evaluation of cutting performance of developed machining control system The system was engaged in actual ultra-precision cutting tests of various metals. It Is confirmed that the system performance is satisfactory. 5. Evaluation of overall performance of developed system The hardware, the software, the cutting performance and the ease of usage of the developed system were tested. It was confirmed that the system performance is satisfactory. 6. Examination of system for practical application The system was evaluated in order to put to practical use In actual production shop.
经过两年的研究,已成功地达到了研究目标。取得的主要研究成果如下:1.超精密智能加工控制系统的设计与制造系统的主体部分按原设计方案进行了设计与制造。主体由超级殷钢制成,以科普热和动力学问题。2.智能控制知识库和控制算法的开发研制了系统智能控制软件,并在16位微机上实现。3.研制系统的基本性能分析与评价主要对研制系统的精度、刚度、热性能和动态响应进行了分析与评价。经验证,系统性能良好。4.加工控制系统的切削性能评价该系统进行了各种金属的实际超精密切削试验。经验证,系统性能良好。5.对所开发系统的硬件、软件、切削性能和易用性进行了测试。经确认,系统性能令人满意。6.系统的实际应用检验为了在实际生产车间投入实际应用,对系统进行了评价。
