The development of an optimization model that is informed by the empirical studies so that quantification of a commodity like seaview which will be affected by sea wall development is possible, was successfully carried out by 2021-22 research period and implemented in to the model.It should be noted that the project was granted temporary suspension for the entire current period on ground of maternity and childcare leave. Extension of the research period has also been granted for the same reasons.
