本研究の目的である、①乳がんに対する家族のセルフケア機能、および家族全体のPTG（心的外傷後成長）の経験を明らかにする、②乳がんによる患者、配偶者、子どもの心理的変化に関して、三者間の影響を明らかにする、を中心に2022年度は研究を実施した。本研究が着目するPTGについて、より日本人に合い、負担を最小限にした上で測定できる信頼性と妥当性のある尺度の開発論文を作成し、英文雑誌へ投稿中である。今後、日本人のPTGを測定する上で有効な尺度になり得ると考える。乳がんによる家族の影響の中でも子どもへの影響を検討するために、質的データを用いて、母親の乳がん罹患にともなう子どもの困難について分析し、和雑誌へ論文が採択された。この論文によって、親ががんに罹患した思春期の子どもの具体的な困難について、医療従事者が把握し、子どもへの支援向上につながると考える。母親の乳がん罹患にともなう子どものPTGについて、国際学会でポスター発表を行った。これまで詳細に明らかになっていなかった子どものPTGの実態を公表でき、医療従事者によるPTGの理解につながると考える。子育て世代の女性がん患者とその家族（配偶者・子ども）への質問紙調査について、所属機関の倫理審査委員会にて承認され、調査を実施した。2023年3月で調査を終了した。今後二者間、三者間など様々な分析を予定している。

The objectives of this study are: (1) to clarify the relationship between family function and PTG (post-traumatic cardiac growth);(2) to clarify the relationship between psychological changes in patients, spouses and children; and (3) to implement the study in 2022. This study aims to determine the reliability and appropriateness of the PTG and the minimum burden on Japanese. In the future, Japanese PTG will be measured on a standard basis. The influence of the mother's family on the mother's health is discussed in detail, and the quality of the mother's health is discussed in detail. This paper is aimed at the discussion of the specific difficulties encountered by the parents, the control of the medical staff, and the support of the children. The mother's breast is affected by PTG, and the international society is responsible for the development of PTG. This is a detailed description of the PTG's actual status, medical practitioners 'understanding of PTG's status, etc. The investigation of the inquiry paper of the female parent of the child and the family (spouse, child) shall be carried out, and the ethics review committee of the affiliated institution shall recognize and carry out the investigation. The investigation will be completed in March 2023. In the future, the analysis between the two and the three will be determined.
