项目摘要

本研究は、産官学連携の場面において人文社会系分野の知はどのように活用可能かを研究することを目的としている。事例として、売上高上位200社の上場企業を取り上げ、どれくらいの大学教員が企業の役員等に就任し、どのような知見を活用し、経営に参画しているかに関する実証研究を行う。さらに、企業役員に就任した経験をもつ大学教員に対してどのような知見を企業現場に活用しているかに関するインタビュー調査を行うとともに、既に2017年に実施した調査データと本調査データの比較研究を行う。これらの調査研究を通じて研究開発以外の産官学連携の活用方法や指標を提供することが期待される2022年度の研究では、「2022年度売上高上位200社に対する大学教員の役員就任実証研究」を行った。企業価値検索サービス「ULLET」を活用し、売上高200社に対してどのような大学教員が関与しているかを調査した。またどのような大学の知が活用されているかに関する実証研究を行った。その結果、135社に対して,236人の大学教員が企業の意思決定の場面に関与していることが分かった。人文社会系180人（76%）が理工・生物系48人（20%）より多く、企業経営の場面で人文社会系の知が大きな貢献していることが分かった。このことは従来の理工・生物系産官学連携とは異なるものであり、産官学連携の指標を考える際に参考になる視点である。〈学会発表〉「経営関与型産官学連携の一考察～2022年売上高上位200社のデータから～」研究・イノベーション学会第３７回年次学術大会（2022年10月）〈論文〉「人文社会系産官学連携の尺度・指標に関する研究」産学連携学会（投稿中」〈その他〉『人文社会系産官学連携――社会に価値をもたらす知』明石書店（2023年2月）※本研究に先立ち行った2017年大学教員の兼業データを掲載。
