初年度においてはPICS-PFの発生要因の抽出を目的として文献検討を行い、既に先行研究で行なわれている精神的支援に関する介入研究の効果に関しても検討を行なっている。PubMed、CENTRAL、CINAHL plus、APA PsycInfoを対象に文献抽出を行い1307件の文献から、研究者２名でスクリーニングを行い15件のPICS-PFに対する精神的支援に関するランダム化比較試験を抽出した。抽出された介入方法にはハンドブックを用いた介入方法、2週間おきのフォローアップ面談などが行われており、介入は２ヶ月前後まで行われ、３ヶ月後、または6ヶ月後の時点での効果の検証を抑うつ症状、ストレス度、不安、心的外傷後ストレス障害の指標のいずれかで測定している研究が多かった。また、これらの研究の中で、フォローアップ面談を行うという方法で介入が行われている研究が複数確認できた。これらの研究者との連絡を取り、詳細なデータを取得した為、フォローアップ面談を行うことによる精神的支援とPICS-PFの関連性のメタ解析を行なう予定である。本文献検討に関してはYork大学のシステマティックレビューのプロトコルデータベースであるPROSPEROにシステマティックレビューとして登録を行なっている。（登録番号：CRD42023396042）これらのことから、2023年度から行うフォローアップに関しても、6ヶ月間フォローアップを行うことは妥当であることを確認した。そして、精神的支援をどの程度受けていると感じているかという観点に関してはどの研究においても測定がされていないため、本研究で測定し、PICS-PFとの関連性を明らかにする必要性が浮き彫りとなった。また、測定指標としてストレス度に関しても先行研究で多く報告されていることが確認できたため、2023年度のフォローアップ研究では追加して研究実施を行う。

In the early years, PICS-PF's key development factors were extracted, and the literature was discussed. The results of the intervention study were discussed.
