本研究の目的は、現在入院中に実施しているストーマ保有者の排泄管理の習得指導および生活指導を退院後の地域在宅へ移行すること、その計画をShared Stoma Care Planning(SSCP)と称して①ストーマ保有者と家族、②在宅看護師や介護職、③ストーマケアの専門家である皮膚・排泄ケア認定看護師（以下WOCN）で共有、評価する支援モデルを構築することである。ストーマ排泄管理技術の３項目をさらに行程や内容に区分して技術習得の内容、評価項目を精選するために、ストーマケアの専門家のインタビュー調査を実施した。今後は在宅看護の専門家へのインタビューを実施し、評価項目を精選し、臨床場面で評価を行う。それぞれにいつ、どのように習得するのか、また習得し難い要因や他者支援など代替手段は何かを明確にする。

The purpose of this study is to provide guidance on the acquisition of excretory management for current inpatients and life guidance for post-inpatient geographic migration. Shared Stoma Care Planning(SSCP) is a common practice for inpatients and families, in-home caregivers and caregivers, and skin and excretory care professionals (WOCN).
