本研究は、中国の若手弁護士の生活総体の組み合わせをつうじた感情調整という視点から、都市部における人間関係やコミュニティの構築について考察していくものである。その具体的な目的は、中国の沿海大都市で生活する「90後」「00後」（それぞれ1990年代、2000年代生まれのものをさす）の若手弁護士が経済的、精神的な不安・不満をどのように軽減しているかについて、弁護士じしんのワーク・ライフ・バランスの実践に着目してあきらかにすることであった。初年度である本年度は、①若手弁護士が置かれた生活状況とかれらをめぐる言説を把握するため、「ウェイボー（中国のソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス）」上の新人弁護士グループの投稿や、「知乎（中国のQ&Aプラットフォーム）」上に若手弁護士が投稿した質問・相談およびそれへのコメントを収集し、分析・分類する作業、②90後と00後の若者の価値観をめぐる先行研究を収集し、分析する作業をおこなった。さらに、③弁護士のインタビュー項目作成と依頼準備に着手した。だが本年度の途中で本課題の継続ができなくなったため、廃止とした。本課題の目的達成のため、今後は、資料分析を進めるとともに、沿海大都市の若手弁護士にたいするインタビュー調査を実施していく必要がある。
