我々がこれまでに確立してきた格フレーム規則をベースに,膨大なコーパスデータから文の格関係を抽出する事で格要素及び動詞間の共起関係を蓄積し,単語のクラスタリングを行なった.この際,クラスタ同士の内包関係を利用する事で,クラスタ同士の階層構造を抽出する手法を提案し,単語クラスタのシソーラス化を行なった.この結果得られたクラスタ及びシソーラスを詳細に調査し,この手法の問題点を洗い出した.この手法で得られた単語のシソーラスに対して,先の問題点を考慮しながら不足する情報を補い,大規模なシソーラスとして構築する為に,インタラクティブな情報の追加を行なう為の手法を検討した.ユーザから自然に情報を引き出すアプリケーションとして,Webブラウザによるインタラクションを採用した.Webページやそれらの検索ページの特徴を単語シソーラスの利用によって分類・提示すると共に,ユーザの入力に応じてその構造を動的に変化させる事で,ユーザの目的に応じたWebページ提示システムとして機能すると共に,概念シスーラスの動的な構成・強化を計る.この目的の為,Webページクラスタリングシステムの開発,概念階層に応じた自動的なWebページの分類・提示システムなどを開発した.これに平行して,大規模コーパスからのデータ抽出も継続して行なっており,今後も両方の側面から概念シソーラスの構築を進めてゆく予定である.
