项目摘要

本研究では、重度・重複障害児の体育指導に関する教師の意識とそれに影響する要因を明らかにし、体育教材開発に向けた基礎的資料を得ることを目的に、A県内の特別支援学校(肢体不自由)の教師に調査を行った。その結果、教師に対する聞き取り調査では、体育指導の目標の重要度や日々の体育指導に関わる悩み、体育授業実施にあたっての配慮点や取り組みの困難さなどが明らかになった。また、教員に対する質問紙調査では、体育の授業を行う上で大切と思われることについての因子分析の結果「卒業後を意識した長期的な指導の必要性」「体育指導の有効性と指導の展望」「子どもの実態に応じた体育指導の悩み」の3因子解、日々の体育指導において感じていることについての因子分析の結果「日々の体育指導内容に対する悩み」「将来を見通した体育指導実践」の2因子解、体育指導の目標及び内容の設定において、普段、感じていることについての因子分析の結果、「体育指導における個別の指導計画作成上の不安」の1因子構造が確認された。また、本研究において、対象者の所属学部と担当する教育課程を独立変数、体育の授業を行う上で大切と思われることについての各因子(「卒業後を意識した長期的な指導の必要性」「体育指導の有効性と指導の展望」「子どもの実態に応じた体育指導の悩み」)の3得点を従属変数とした2要因の分散分析を行った。その結果、いずれも主効果、交互作用は認められなかった。このことは、所属学部と教育課程の類型に関係なく共通して体育指導に困難を感じる現状が示され、学部間相互の連携と学部内への連携といった連続したカリキュラムの整合性の理解と複数の障害種に対応した指導についてのとらえの難しさが、体育の指導において悩み感や困難感を生む要因になっていると考えられた。今後、重度・重複障害児の体育教材を開発していくためには、教師間で情報交換できるような障害児体育に対する知識と相互扶助を充実するための研修会や勉強会が求められる。さらには、個人の状況に応じたプログラム、児童のボディイメージ形成を目指したプログラムをどのように展開するのか等その方法論がさらに検討される必要があろう。
