项目摘要

1 研究目的本研究は, 五感を含む諸感覚に働きかける鑑賞教育を通して, 児童の鑑賞リテラシーの向上を図ることを目的とした。Walk Viewシステムを用いた体感型鑑賞(※後述)を取り入れることによって, 鑑賞の仕方や感じ方(気づきの量・気づきの質)にどのような変化が生じるかを考察した。気づきの質の分析にあたってはM. J. Parsonsの「絵画鑑賞における美的体験の認知上の発達段階」, 『絵画の見方』を参照した。(※…Walk Viewシステム用いた体感型鑑賞 : スクリーンに映された絵画の前を歩くことによって, 視野が移動したように絵画が動くため, 鑑賞者はあたかもその絵の中に入りこんだように感じる。)2 研究方法(1) 事前調査を行う。(2) 情景を諸感覚で捉える経験を通して感覚を開放し, 聴覚・嗅覚・触覚・視覚等に意識を向ける。(3) アートゲームによる主体的な鑑賞を通して, 全体と細部に着目させ, 気づきを外言化できるようにする。(4) Walk Viewシステムを用いた鑑賞を通して, 没入感覚によるイメージの拡張を図る。(5) 3つのヒント(見えないもの・見えるもの・気持ち)を介して他者と対話するなかで, イメージを統合できるようにする。(6) 事後調査を行う。ワークシートの記述や動画も活用し, 変容について考察する。3 研究成果気づきの変容を調べたところ, 過半数の児童の気づきの数が増えた。事前調査で多く書き出していた児童は, 事後でもほぼ同数の気づきを書き出していたが, 事前調査で平均個数の半分以下しか書き出せなかった児童らが事後調査では次々と気づきを書き出していった。全体的にも, 描かれているもの(第Ⅱ段階の気づき)だけでなく, 描かれ方(Ⅲ段階の気づき)にも注目するようになり質的な変容も見られた。ワークシートには, 臨場感あふれる感想や, 作品の構図や場面の様子についての気づきがより具体的に書かれた。五感に働きかける鑑賞教育は, 児童の鑑賞リテラシーの向上を図るにあたり一定の効果があると考えられる。
