项目摘要

本研究は,主に『平成2年国勢調査第7巻人口移動集計』の非収録データに基づいて、日本全国の市区町村間の人口移動OD行列と,各市区町村ごとの人口移動属特性に関するデータベースを作成し,地理情報システム(GIS)を用いて,その地図化を行った。その結果,1985〜90年間のわが国の人口移動に関する実態を把握するためのシステムを構築することができた。本研究の成果は,以下のようである。1)1990年時点で3,388ある市区町村,及び47都道府県の行政界の多角形データを作成し,さらに各市区町村の点データ,鉄道網の線データなどを重ね合わしたGISを作成した。2)1920年以降,5年おきの市区町村人口データの地図化を行った。これにより,全国スケールでの人口動態を明らかにすることができた。3)『平成2年国勢調査第7巻人口移動集計』の非収録データから,全国の各市区町村の年齢階級別転入・転出人口の地図化を行った。その結果,1985〜90年間の転出あるいは転入超過地域の全国スケールでの地域差を明らかにした。4)全国の市区町村間人口移動OD行列(3,388前住地×3,388現住地)を作成し,卓越する流動を特定することができた。5)現在,市区町村を大都市圏(中心都市,郊外,周辺)・非大都市圏(都市域,非都市域)に区分し,各地域ごとの人口変化を明らかにしている。今後は,この分析結果を用いて,英国を始め他の先進諸国との人口移動の比較研究を継続する予定である。

The purpose of this study is to conduct a survey of population movement in Pingcheng, the 7th annual population movement in Pingcheng, non-urban areas in Japan, and the ranks of OD in urban areas across Japan. The characteristics of population movement in towns and villages in urban areas are affected by the characteristics of population movement in urban areas. Geographical conditions are used in the survey (GIS), and the cities and towns are localized. According to the results of the survey, during the period from 1985 to 1990, the population movement of other countries had a good grasp of the state of the economy. The results of this study are listed below. 1) at 3388 o'clock in 1990, the city town village, and the 47 metropolitan government administrative circle polygon system was created, and the city town village location was selected, and the network was used to re-integrate the GIS to create a network. 2) from 1920 to 1920, the population of urban towns and villages has been greatly improved in the past five years. The population dynamics of the whole country is very clear. 3) the annual population movement statistics of the 7th annual population movement of the Pingcheng city, and the towns and villages of all urban areas across the country have entered the rural areas and cities of the country. According to the results of the survey, in 1985-90, the import and export of foreign goods exceeded that of the whole country, and the regional difference was clear. 4) the ranks of OD migration between towns and villages in urban areas across the country (3388 former residence × 3388 current residence) have been completed, and the flow of people in specific cities and villages has been completed. 5) at present, urban towns and villages are "metropolises" (central cities, suburbs, weekends) and non-metropolitan areas (metropolitan areas, non-metropolitan areas) are "differentiated", and each region is divided into urban and rural areas. In the future, the results of the analysis are in good use, and the United Kingdom has begun to conduct a comparative study on population movement in other countries.
