项目摘要

対話における情報の送り手は,受け手にとって新しい情報の伝達を言わば小出しに行い,受け手の反応に応じて情報を付加していく.本研究では,このようにして作られる送り手の発話を漸進的発話と呼び,その生成と理解のための計算モデルの構築をはかった.具体的には以下の点を明らかにした.1.漸進的発話の結果生じる個々の断片的発話について、その言語的・文脈的特徴と発話意図との対応関係を対話コーパスから分析し,断片的発話の意図理解のためのヒューリスティクスとしてまとめた.2.対話コーパスの分析をさらに進め,個々の発話断片を形成する発話意図が微細な発話意図の組み合わせとして表現できることを明らかにし、これを計算機上で扱うための内部表現を設計した.3.微細な発話意図の集合を入力とし,これを必要に応じて組み合わせ,漸進的発話の発話プランを生成する単一化ベースのアルゴリズムを開発し,発話プランニングモジュールとして実装した.4.発話プランを体系機能文法に基づいて表出する発話表出モジュールとして実装した.5.実装したシステムを用いて,対話コーパスに現れる漸進的発話を網羅的に生成する実験を行い,アルゴリズムの評価,および生成に必要な言語資源の拡充を行った.研究成果は平成8年12月に人工知能学会言語・音声理解と対話処理研究会(SIG-J-9601-8)で発表し,また平成9年3月には言語処理学会第2回年次大会で発表する予定である.
