项目摘要

同一地域内の自治体保健婦と産業看護職が定期的な会合をもつ研究会に対して面接調査を行った結果、研究会による効果、研究会から波及した連携事例などについて、以下の知見が得られた。1)連絡会の効果:(1)保健婦としての思いや悩みを表出できる場であり、保健婦自身の支えとなる(特に産業看護職は事業場内に専門職の数が少ないため、専門職間で切磋琢磨できる機会が貴重である)(2)他機関所属の保健婦と顔見知りになり、連絡調整が気軽にできるようになる(3)各々の分野で活動する第一線の看護職から多様な知識・情報が得られ保健婦活動の質が向上(4)多様な知識・情報を所属に還元し、所属全体の保健活動の質が向上2)連絡会から波及した連携事例:(1)企業内の労働者・家族に地域保健サービス等の紹介(2)健康問題をもつ対象者について同行訪問など看護職間で連絡調整しフォロー(3)定年退職者について連絡票など用いて連絡調整しフォロー(4)所属機関の各々の特性を活かし保健事業を協働で開催(食生活やエイズ等)(5)研究会の中で明らかになった共通の問題・課題に関して、データの見直しや、整理、調査等の実施今後はこれらの連絡会を通じた連携システムの効果を各保健婦が評価・PRし、連携を持った活動が組織的に行えるようシステムとして整える取り組みが有用であると考える。
