本研究の目的は、家族の介護を担う労働者の健康支援を行う専門職である産業看護職とケアマネジャーや訪問看護師といった介護専門職の連携の実態と、その促進および阻害要因を明らかにすることである。この目的を達成するための足掛かりとして、まずは、産業保健分野と介護分野に分けて現状を捉え、労働者の健康支援における連携先などの実態と、家族介護者の健康支援における連携先などの実態を先行研究から明らかにしたいと考えた。そのため、令和４年度は文献研究を行い、労働者の健康支援における既存の有効な連携先と連携方法および、家族介護者の健康支援における既存の有効な連携先と連携方法を整理した。その結果、労働者の健康支援においては、医療機関やリワーク施設、健康保険組合などの機関と連携しており、連携する職種は、医師や臨床心理士、産業カウンセラー、ケースワーカー、弁護士、管理監督者、人事・労務担当者、経営者、家族などであった。家族介護者の健康支援においては、医療機関や保健所、保健センター、地域支援を行うNPO法人、家族会などの機関と連携しており、連携する職種は、ケアマネ、介護福祉士、民生委員、家族などであった。上記の結果を踏まえた上で、産業看護職および介護専門職へのインタビュー調査の内容を検討した。インタビュー調査の目的は、家族の介護を担う労働者への健康支援の実態と、産業看護職と介護専門職の連携の実態を明らかにすることである。令和４年度は、産業看護職１名にインタビュー調査を実施した。
