本研究の目的は、貨幣経済の浸透が農民の貧困状況や消費・投資行動、さらにはコミュニティにおける伝統的な規範にどのような影響を与えたのかを理論的・実証的に行うことである。2年目である平成13年度は、主として(1)理論枠組みの構築、(2)入手可能な二次資料・公表統計の計量経済学的分析、(3)研究成果の発表活動、を行った。(1)理論枠組みの構築に関しては、主としてミクロ経済的な基礎付けのある消費平準化のモデルを用いて計量経済学的分析を行うためのフレームワーク作りを行った。(2)既存統計の収集・分析については、昨年度に引き続き世界銀行調査局エコノミストに対して経済発展過程に関する研究の助言を求めると同時に、フィリピンの経済発展のミクロ的側面に関する統計の収集協力を依頼した。また、韓国の家計パネルデータを用いた分析を進め、論文(未公表)の形でまとめた。(3)特に、フィールド調査については、国際稲作研究所(IRRI)の研究員の協力を得て、フィリピン中部ルソン地域ヌエバ・エシハ州の農業家計を対象として継続して基礎的な家計調査実施を依頓した。(4)韓国のデータ分析については、通貨危機が家計のセーフティネットに与えた影響についての計量経済学的分析を進め、論文の形でまとめた。当該論文については、韓国の成均館大学経済学部にて研究発表を行い、コメントやディスカッションを行った。

The purpose of this study is to penetrate into the poverty situation of farmers and consume and invest in the monetary system.ィにおける伝Normal standard and にどのような influence を and えたのかをTheoretical and proven に行うことである. When the paper was published, the research paper was published by the Faculty of Economics at Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea.
