项目摘要

本研究は,北東アジア諸国のうちのとりわけ日本,韓国,中国における福祉レジームをポスト・オリエンタリズムのアプローチに基づいて国際比較研究することを目的としている.本プロジェクトでは,平成17年3月にワークショップを開催し,韓国側から5人,日本側から5人が歴史,年金,福祉サービス,労働市場,ジェンダーについての報告と討論を行った.本年度はこのときに提出されたペーパーの再検討と書き直しを行い,報告書にまとめる作業に集中した.また,その過程で,研究代表者が比較福祉国家研究における日韓比較の意義に関する研究論文をまとめ,海外研究協力者の李惠〓教授が日韓比較の現段階での総括に関する研究論文をまとめた.この作業の結果,平成18年3月に,その報告書を武川正吾・李惠〓編『福祉レジームの日韓比較-社会保障・労働市場・ジェンダー』として刊行することができた.また,報告書作成の作業と並行して,国際会議で研究報告を行った.とくに平成16年度の準備に基づいて中国人研究者との共同研究も端緒についた.平成17年5月には,学術振興会の短期招聘で来日中の北京大学の熊〓根副教授と中国の福祉レジームに関する研究を行った.また7月には英国ケント大学で開催された東アジア社会政策会議で,研究代表者が英日韓の福祉国家形成に関する研究報告を行った.さらに同じく7月,天津市の南開大学で開催された国際社会政策論壇で,研究代表者がグローバル化と福祉国家に関する研究報告を行った.9月には,北京市の人民大学で開催された東アジアの社会保障に関する国際会議に出席して,日本の社会保障制度の変化に関する研究報告を行った.
