项目摘要

本研究は行動遺伝学的アプローチから運動意欲について検討するものであり、昨年度は一卵性及び二卵性双生児を、今年度はきょうだい(sibling)を調査対象とした。同じ家庭に暮らす、小学5年生から中学2年生までのきょうだい約500組に、運動意欲に関する質問紙を実施、回収した。きょうだいの類似性(相関係数)は、1/2遺伝要因と共有環境要因の影響であり、きょうだい相関の2倍の値が遺伝率の上限とみなされる。したがって、きょうだいの類似性が低いということは、運動意欲の個人差に対する遺伝要因の影響が小さいこと及び、非共有環境要因の影響が大きいことを示唆すると考えられる。分析の結果、運動意欲の下位尺度において、きょうだい類似性(相関係数)は相当程度低い値であった。ただ、データの特徴からすると、運動意欲の性差、年齢差を考慮した分析が必要であり、現在、より詳細な検討を進めている。本研究の結果、運動意欲の血縁者間の類似性は、一卵性双生児、二卵性双生児、きょうだいの順に高い傾向が認められたことから、運動意欲の個人差に遺伝要因が影響していることが示唆される。ただ、それらの類似性がそれほど高くないことから、運動意欲への非共有環境要因の影響が総体的に大きな影響を及ぼしていると言える。今後は、運動意欲に影響を及ぼす非共有環境要因の具体的事項について検討する必要がある。

This study investigated the effects of behavioral genetics on exercise desire, monozygotic and dizygotic twins in the past year, and sibling in the present year. The similarity between sports intention and non-shared environmental factors is the main influence of sports body. In the future, it is necessary to discuss the specific issues affecting sports intention and non-shared environmental factors.
