1, We analyzed the questionnaires of 2 national college attached high schools, 9 public high schools and 1 private high school. The results of that analysis are(1) The criteria of residents are accessibility to advanced schools and students' clothes and behaviors.(2) The students of general course and the excellent schools that have tradition as pre-war secondary ones don't have confidence in their achivement and are more worried than ones of professional course.(3) There is high mutual relation between the students' motives of school choice and thir appraisal to the school after entering. The important point is wheter the students enter the school after real understanding the schools characters.2, We made a case study of 1 private school about teacher appraisal. At the school the teacher appraisal by scores and highly differential wage system were directly combined.3, In the study of foreign systems we studied the related literatures, for example, about the difference between Self-appraisal and Self-evaluation.

1、对2所国立大学附属高中、9所公立高中和1所私立高中的问卷进行分析。分析结果表明：(1)居民的评价标准为高等学校的可及性和学生的衣着行为。(2)普通课程学生和具有战前中学传统的优秀学校学生对自己的成绩缺乏信心，比专业课学生更担心。(3)学生的择校动机与入学后对学校的评价之间存在高度的相互关系。重要的一点是学生进入学校后是否真正了解学校的特点。本文以1所私立学校为例，对教师评价进行了实证研究。在学校里，教师的分数评价和高度差别的工资制度直接结合在一起。在国外系统的研究中，我们研究了相关的文献，例如Self-appraisal和Self-evaluation的区别。
