I made the inquiry research about Open-to-the Public Type School Management and etc. to headteachers and teachers of public schools in Tokyo. It's sampling number was 1,246 headteachers and 2,280 teachers. And it's returned answer's percentage was 60.1.I sent it's data to the Education Committee of Tokyo and etc. which concern education in Tokyo deeply. And I reported the result in the Japan Educational Administration Congress at Okayama University on May, 2003.From this research, I could take many knowledge and acquaintance. For example, both headteachers and teachers have positive attitude to 'openning the school facilities to the inhabitant' 'making communication with parents more actively', but they have negative attitude to 'making partcipation of children, parents, inhabitant into school management or school education' 'openning the private school informatoin to the child or his/her parents'

对东京都公立学校的校长和教师进行了关于公共性学校管理等方面的问询研究。该调查的抽样人数为1246名校长和2280名教师。其返回答案的百分比为60.1。我把它的数据发给了与东京教育密切相关的东京都教育委员会等。2003年5月，我在冈山大学的日本教育行政大会上报告了这一结果。从这次研究中，我可以学到很多知识和认识。例如，校长和教师都对“向居民开放学校设施”“更积极地与家长沟通”持积极态度，但对“让儿童、家长、居民参与学校管理或学校教育”“向儿童或其家长开放私立学校信息”持消极态度。
