Land Consolidation Project and Local Community Revitalization Effect

本研究的目的是为了证明土地整理项目给当地社区带来的振兴效果。这种效应可分为农户继承人的定居、当地社区和组织的振兴以及当地资源的保存三个方面。本次研究选定岛根县广濑町作为研究地区。本研究区设立了已开展土地整理项目的小组和未开展土地整理项目的小组。利用近20年的统计数据和问卷调查的结果，从以上三个方面明确了两组的差异。通过比较分析，证明山区土地整理项目具有使当地社区逆人口减少而发展的效果。会议还指出，山区自治机关要抓紧推进土地整理工作。

The purpose of this research is to prove the local community revitalization effect brought about by the land consolidation project. This effect can be divided into three aspects which are the settlement of the farm household successors, the revitalization of the local communities and organizations and the preservation of the local resources. Hirose-town of Shimane Prefecture was selected by this research as a research area. The group which carried out a land consolidation project and the group which is not were set up in this research area. Differences in two groups were made destinct by using past 20-year statistical data and the results of the questionnaire investigation from the above three aspects. Based on the comparison analysis, it was proved that land consolidation projects in the mountain regions had the effect which makes the local community develop against depopulation. It was also pointed out that the autonomous bodies in the mountain regions must push forward with land consolidation projects eagerly.
