项目摘要

本年度は、いままでのデザインツール、マルチメディアによる計画デザイン案の情報公開ツールをベースにして、地区レベルのまちづくり計画支援システムを開発し、インターネットにおける参加型デザイン・システムの改良を行った。本システムは、JAVA,JAVASCRIP,WEBGISとVRMLなどの技術統合によって構築し,インターネット上における三次元空間のなかで公共空間やまちなみを計画・デザインする課題に対して、住民などの参加者が代替案の評価や選択を通して、文字、音声、仮想空間、および掲示板などのツールを用いてながら、計画・デザイン案についての討議と合意を行うことができるものである。平成16年12月〜平成17年2月末まで、本年度に開発したシステムを用いて、石川県七尾市都市ルネサンス事業のシンボールロードの街路整備事業を対象に実験を行った。本年度の実験では、システムの実用に向けて、行政、専門家、コンサルタント、一般市民から構成される七尾市まちづくり協議会、景観形成検討委員会の検討の場に、本支援システムを持込み,実際に、参加者の意見の収集と整理、計画案の改善とそのフィードバックの段階に対応して住民参加型の実験を行った。なお、今年度の研究成果について、既に日本建築学会情報利用技術シンポジウム、都市計画学会などで、研究論文の発表を積極的に行った。関連成果は、システムの開発、住民参加に関する実験結果の分析などの内容を含んでいる。
