项目摘要

本調査の目的は、HIV感染者が社会福祉施設サービスを利用しようとする時に、サービス提供者側が抱える不安や課題となる要因を明らかにすると共に、どのような要因が、サービス提供や受け入れ意向に影響を及ぼしているかを分析することにある。平成15年度に実施した調査の対象は、重度身体障害者更生援護施設、身体障害者療護施設、知的障害者更生施設、児童養護施設、精神障害者生活訓練施設の各全数(平成11年度現在)、合計2377箇所。各施設に対して1)施設長、2)生活・児童指導員、3)その他の計3名に依頼。調査期間は、2003年10月〜11月。有効回収数は、施設数で999箇所(回収率42.03%)。結果としては、因子分析により、12因子が抽出され、受け入れ姿勢への阻害要因や促進要因は多岐に複雑に影響していることや施設種別ごとの課題があることが示された。各施設に共通する因子としては、「他者への対応困難」(一方向)「性の陽性価値観」」(+方向)が代表的なものであった。HIV感染者の受け入れ経験は22施設にあったが、受け入れ経験より研修経験が今後の受け入れ姿勢に有意に関連しており、今後具体的な感染発生時への不安や事後対応に対する具体的な知識・情報提供、施設特性に関連する性の支援システム作り、またコスト保障やハード面の対策も合わせて重要であることが示唆された。16年度は、調査結果を踏まえて、HIV医療の現場で感染者支援に従事するカウンセラーらと共に、さらに総合的に考察、検討を加え、今後の支援のあり方や施策、ガイドライン作成の準備段階としての小冊子を作成し、対象とした施設に配布した。また関連学会において研究報告を行うと共に、研究報告書を作成した。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of social welfare on HIV-infected people and their service providers. In FY15, the total number of rehabilitation facilities for severe physical impairment, rehabilitation facilities for physical impairment, rehabilitation facilities for intellectual impairment, child care facilities, and life training facilities for mental impairment was 2377 (present in FY11). For each facility, 1) the facility manager, 2) the life and children's instructor, 3) the other 3 staff members. The survey period was October to November 2003. 999 sites (recovery rate 42.03%) were built. The results of factor analysis showed that 12 factors could be extracted, and the resistance factors could be induced by multiple factors. Common factors for each application are: "Others 'difficulties"(one direction),"Gender's positive value"(+ direction), and "Others' difficulties"(+ direction). HIV infection is affected by 22 factors, such as the impact of infection, the impact of training, the impact of future infection, the impact of specific knowledge and information, the impact of training, the impact of training.
