项目摘要

2021年度には福祉職場の課題把握及び職場力向上や職場風土改善に係る取組事例や先行研究のシステマティックレビューを実施した。2022年度にはCOVID-19感染拡大により移動を自粛し、デジタル文献調査を実施した。2023年度には国立国会図書館等にて文献調査を行なう。また並行して、福祉職場におけるKI活動ワークショップ(WS)開催準備のため、ソフトウェアやハードウエアの検討・開発を行なっている。この検討においては、筆者が保育職場で展開してきた対面型KI活動WSから、IT技術を用いたKI活動へと手法を再構築し、それぞれの福祉職場に導入、展開する。この新しいKI活動のために、テキストや教材などのソフトウェア開発、またオンラインWSのためのハードウエアなどインフラ整備を進めている。【研究成果の公表】●国内学会:日本保育学会①園長・主任が育てたい保育者の職能‐保育者同士が互いに研鑽しながら成長していく仕組み構築の参考に●②保育所における職場風土の課題調査‐職場の目標および課題共有を進める視点から●③園長・主任が育てたい保育者の職能●④ペアレンティングに関する保護者のニーズ●⑤インクルーシブ保育クラスづくりの促進要因●国際学会:OMEP"Professional Development for ECEC Teachers:Through a Follow-up Survey of HOIKU-KI Method"●論文:大阪成蹊大学紀要①介護職員の離職要因に関するシステマティックレビュー②「子どもが言葉を学ぶツールとしての絵本の選択指標の必要性③保育者が寄与するペアレンティングへの一考察‐インクルーシブ保育推進へのアプローチ‐●著書:三学出版①インクルーシブ保育実践者の人材育成-職場を活性化し学び合いの風土をつくる保育 KI②しなやかで強い保育チームづくり【保育KI活動ハンドブック】
