東北大学医学部付属病院小児科で骨髄移植を施行したI-cell disecse,metachromatic leukodystrophy(MLD),Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome,Hunter syndrome(mild form)の4人の症列で、移植後長期間の治療効果について検討した。骨髄ドナーは、全てHLA一致の同期。経過観察期間は、移植後24〜71カ月。酵素活性は、白血球、血漿、肝組織で移植前のレベルより増加していた。I-cell disecseの児は、移植後4〜8カ月の乳児の発達を獲得し、心機能の低下がくいとめられた。MLDの児は、病状の進行が緩徐となり、末梢神経障害が改善したが、脳萎縮の進行を防げることはできなかった。Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome Hunter syndromeの2児では、肝腫大、関節拘縮、低身長、皮膚症状が改善し、生活の質の向上が認められた。以上から、骨髄移植によって得られる長期間の治療効果は、生化学的な改善だけではなく、先天代謝異常症の場合、臓器異常や病期、中枢神経障害の進行についても治療効果が及ぶと考えられた。

Clinical I-cell disecse,metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) was performed in the orthopedic bone transplantation in the Department of Medicine, Peking University. Four patients with Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome,Hunter syndrome (mild form) were enrolled in the list of symptoms, and the patients were treated for a long time after transplantation. In the same period, bone marrow and whole HLA were consistent. 24 ~ 71 months after transplantation and 24 ~ 71 months after transplantation. Enzyme activity, white blood cell, blood cell and liver tissue were detected before transplantation. After 4-8 months of I-cell disecse transplantation, the breast milk was successful, and the heart function was low. MLD symptoms, symptoms and symptoms. Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome Hunter syndrome is mild, hepatomegaly, constriction, low stature, improvement of skin symptoms and life expectancy. The above bone grafts and bone grafts have been successfully treated for a long period of time, biochemical improvements have been achieved, congenital disorders have been combined, organ disorders are common, and central mental disorders have been carried out.
