The hospital of Nagoya University started to remodel in 1994. The purpose of this study is collecting of basic data to discuss about improvement points, old problems, and new problems of hospital environment. At first, we investigated assessments of hospital environment by nurses and patients, added nurse's health, before the hospital was remodeled from 1994 to 1995.1. The proportions of the nursing staff complaining of low-back, shoulder, neck and arm pain was respectively 55.3%, 40.6%, 31.2%, 18.2%. Those associated with the complaints of nursing patients with emergencies, helping patients with entireness or discharge, person transfer, changing position and helping shampoo tasks. And we survey stress of nurses with Znug's Self-Rating Depression Scale. Depression of nurses associated with the communication of patients.2. The nursing staff complained narrow, troubles of using, wrong ventilation, darkness and cooling without effect of the present hospital as working environment. Moreover they complained beds and stretchers without high-controlling, because those are easy to cause low-back pain. And they pointed insufficiency of pipe laying for oxygen and vacuum, stands for instillation.3. Patients at the hospital complained narrow, troubles of using, wrong ventilation and darkness of the present hospital as life environment. Moreover they complained troubles of using of beds, lacking of over-tables and lockers. Especially the patients located the center bed in six patients room compained narrow of a patient room. And the patients had an operation pointed dangerous of corridor and troubles of using washrooms. Patients at the hospital for long term pointed insufficiency of wheelchairs and stands for instillation.
名古屋大学医院于1994年开始改建。本研究的目的是收集基础数据,讨论医院环境的改善点、老问题和新问题。首先调查了护士和病人对医院环境的评价,增加了护士的健康,医院从1994年改建到1995.1年。护理人员抱怨腰背痛、肩痛、颈痛、臂痛的比例分别为55.3%、40.6%、31.2%、18.2%。与护理急症患者的投诉、帮助患者完全或出院、人员转移、换位和帮助洗头任务有关的投诉。采用Znug抑郁自评量表对护士的压力进行测评。结论:1.护士抑郁与患者沟通有关。护理人员反映医院工作环境狭小、使用不便、通风不畅、黑暗降温等问题。此外,他们抱怨床和担架没有高度控制,因为它们很容易引起腰痛。他们指出氧气和真空管道铺设不足,代表着灌输。患者在医院抱怨狭小、使用不便、通风不良、医院黑暗是目前医院的生活环境。此外,他们还抱怨床位使用不便,没有超大的桌子和储物柜。尤其是位于6个病室中心床位的患者比1个病室狭小。有手术指导性走廊危险和洗手间不便。长期在医院就诊的患者指出轮椅不足,主张灌输。
