複数の作業者(顧客やユーザも含む)からなる要求仕様作成会議のプロトコル分析をもとに,会議の発話履歴から段階的に仕様書を作成する手法を開発し,その支援ツールを作成した.具体的な成果を下記に示す.1.会議中の発話のモデル化:会議の様子をビデオカメラで撮影し,参加者の発話を分析した.発話がなされることによって,参加者の状態が変化することに注目し,発話を発話行為(Speech Act)によって抽象化し,発話行為に基づく状態遷移モデルで,発話系列をモデル化した.2.発話行為の同定発話がどのような発話行為を持っているかを同定するため,発話の文頭と文末の言葉に注目し,これらの言葉からどれだけ発話行為を同定できるかを実験によって確認した.その結果,約65%の発話がこれらの言葉で同定できることがわかった.3.発話履歴の構造化手法の開発:文頭と文末の言葉による発話行為の同定法,発話行為に基づく状態遷移モデルを用いて,発話間関係(係受け関係など)を抽出し,構造化する手法を開発した.実際の会議に適用した結果,約90%の関係が正しく抽出できた.4.音韻認識を用いた発話履歴の構造化支援:文頭と文末の言葉を認識する機構を組み込み,発話行為の自動抽出の実験を行なった。そのうち約60%の発話の発話行為が抽出できた.その結果を用いて発話履歴の構造化が行なえ,さらにそれより要求仕様書が構築できることを確かめた.

A number of business sectors (customers and customers) require the creation of a meeting platform analysis, meeting platform development, and support. Specific results are shown below. 1. Phoneme recognition, application, and structural support for speech performance: text, text, and leaf recognition, organization, and automatic extraction of speech behavior. About 60% of the voice transmission behavior is extracted.
