项目摘要

本研究は、病院に勤務する中堅看護師に焦点を絞り、職業キャリア成熟の向上を意図した支援プログラムを開発するため、インタビューを通して病院に勤務する中堅看護師の職業キャリア成熟を促進するための支援ニーズと支援方法を明らかにすることを目的としている。本研究の特色は、看護現場の中心的な役割を担う中堅看護師に焦点を当てている点である。中間看護師と看護管理者から帰納的に職業キャリア成熟の支援ニーズを抽出し、ニーズに基づく支援策モデルを開発し、我が国の看護継続教育の課題を包括的に解決する点で意義がある。大学の倫理委員会の承認を受け、北海道１施設、岐阜県１施設、東京都１施設に研究協力の依頼をした。病院の看護部長や副看護部長を通して、メールやオンライン会議で調整を行い、文書を用いて研究の協力を依頼した。研究の対象は、病院に勤務している中堅看護師11名、看護師長9名で、Covid-19の感染拡大の影響を考慮し、オンラインまたは対面でインタビューを実施した。インタビュー調査は令和4年3月から7月に実施した。インタビュー内容は逐語録を作成してデータ化した。データを質的記述的に分析中である。中間看護師と看護師長へのインタビュー内容をそれぞれ分析した後、両者のデータを統合する。信頼性と妥当性を高めるために、分析課程で質的研究者のスーパーバイズを受けながら、質的に分析を行っている。また、効果的なプログラムを作成するため、幅広い分野の支援プログラムや介入研究について文献を検討中である。今後は、インタビューで得られたデータと文献検討の結果を統合して、支援プログラム案を作成する予定である。

This study focuses on the development of career support methods for core nurses in hospital service. The characteristics of this study are: the focus of the nurse at the center of the nursing site. If credibility and appropriateness are high, analytical courses will be accessible to qualitative researchers, and qualitative analysis will be carried out. The results of the study were reviewed in the literature. In the future, we will integrate the results of the literature review and support the preparation of the project.
