On the Principle of Reasonability in the Competition Regulation-An Analysis from the International Law Point of View

通过这一项目，笔者从国际法的角度审视了竞争规制中所依赖的合理规则的意义和范围。这项研究的结果被纳入了2011年9月提交给东京大学法律与政治研究生院的博士论文。此外，作者还在2011年5月的国际经济法协会和2011年11月的东京大学国际法研讨会上介绍了研究结果。

Through this project, the author examined the significance and the scope of the rule of reason, which has been relied upon in the competition regulation, from the international law point of view. The result of the study was incorporated into the doctoral dissertation submitted to the Graduate School of the Law and the Politics, the University of Tokyo in September 2011.In addition, the author presented the result of the study in the International Economic Law Association in May 2011, and the University of Tokyo International Law Workshop in November 2011.
