2008年の学習指導要領の改訂以降、美術科教科書では、水墨画「表現」が題材として定着している。しかし水墨画の表現に関わる教育は、戦後の美術科教育でも、大学等の専門研究機関においても、継承・確立がされてこなかった分野となっている。このため美術教育で水墨を扱う学習において、現状では時代的な空白が生じている。さらに芸術系大学等の専門機関で学ばれる「日本画」と、民間で維持されてきた「水墨画」との間にも、領域的な分断が生じているという課題がある。そこで本研究では水墨を用いた表現が体系的に維持されていた、明治時代の「毛筆画」教育の教科書や教授書を参照軸として、直接的に現代の水墨画教育に生かすことができる指導法の学術基盤を構築を目指している。導入として2022年度は①岡倉天心 川端玉章「帝国毛筆新画帖」、②川端玉章 柿山蕃雄「帝国毛筆新画帖教授法」、③白濱徴「日本臨画帖」及び「日本臨画帖教授法」、④橋本雅邦「毛筆画帖」及び「毛筆画帖教授用書」の、四つの文献資料のデジタル画像を業者に依頼し入手した。さらにPhotoshopによるデジタル処理を施し、破損や褪色を補正し、現代の教育関係者が使用しやすいA4サイズに編集する段階まで作業を終了している。現在は明治時代の文章を現代語訳し、必要な語句に説明を加えるなどの作業を継続している。さらに、実技表現上の研究としてはこれまでの文献研究を生かし、古典技法と現代を融合させた水墨表現を試みながら、日展・新日春展・グループ展で研究発表を行った。

Introduction to FY2022: ① Okakura Tenshin Kawabata Yuzhang "Imperial Brush New Painting Post"; ② Kawabata Yuzhang Kakiyama Norio "Imperial Brush New Painting Post Teaching Method"; ③ Shirahama Features "Japanese Pro Painting Post" and "Japanese Pro Painting Post Teaching Method"; ④ Hashimoto Masahiro "Brush Painting Post" and "Brush Painting Post Teaching Book"; and 4. Document data and pictures. The Photoshop process is completed, the damage is corrected, and the modern educational relationship is completed. The article of Meiji era is now modern language, necessary sentence, explanation, addition, operation, etc. In addition, the research on the performance of ink painting has been carried out on the basis of the literature research, the integration of classical techniques and modern techniques, and the development of ink painting performance.
