The Organization and Management of Univeisity/Junior College Foundations

为了对教育基金会进行全面的研究，我们通过各种方式收集了470个基金会的1250本纪念杂志和历史杂志。这些将是我们和其他人研究的宝贵资源。我们还采访了一些基金会的理事长和执行理事，如考井教育机构、文化学园、TOHO GAGUEN等，了解了教育基金会的发展历程、管理特点等。此外，我们还参观了日本私立学校促进互助会、国会图书馆、野马教育研究所，了解了更多关于私立学校的信息和数据。上述基于调查和访谈的分析对教育基金会的发展过程提供了重要的建议。

To conduct a comprehensive study on educational foundations, we collected 1250 commemoration magazines and history magazines from 470 foundations by every means possible. These would be precious resources for studies of ours and others. We also interviewed several chief directors and executive directors of some foundations, such as Kakei Educational Institution, BUNKA GAKUEN, TOHO GAGUEN, and learned the developmental process of educational foundations, the feature of their management, and etc. In addition, we visited The Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan, National Diet Library, Noma Institute of Educational Research to get much more information and data about private schools. The analysis based on surveys and interviews mentioned above gave great suggestions to the developmental process of educational foundations.
