2PP Lithography System

近年来，用双光子聚合过程(2PP)生成三维结构给许多研究领域带来了革命性的变化。特别是，从微光学到超材料和生物医学，各种研究问题都得到了回答。据推测，基于2PP的纳米和微米级3D打印将在未来几年带来更多的知识和无数的创新。这里申请的2PP光刻仪将支持海德堡大学从化学到生物和医学的几个研究领域的活动。因此，拟议的科学项目既包括化学基础研究，也包括在材料科学和生命科学中的应用。

Generating 3D structures with two-photon polymerization processes (2PP) has revolutionized many research fields in recent years. In particularly, a variety of research questions has been answered, ranging from microoptics to metamaterials and biomedicine. Presumably, 2PP-based 3D printing on the nanometer and micrometer scale will lead to increased knowledge and numerous innovations in the next years. The 2PP lithography instrument applied for here will support activities in several research areas at Heidelberg University, ranging from chemistry to biology and medicine. The proposed scientific projects therefore cover both chemical basic research and applications in materials science and life science.
