Oncogenic factors in Chinese gastric lymphoma

1、本课题召开专题讨论会，报告中国幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染情况、中日胃淋巴瘤临床病理无差异、胃淋巴瘤细胞免疫球蛋白重链基因可变区（Ig H V）的研究现状。2、在中国胃淋巴瘤病例中，以晚期病例居多，部分病例伴巨大淋巴瘤细胞。3、胃淋巴瘤细胞中CD68-和/或胸苷磷酸化酶（TP）阳性的树突状细胞提示混合T细胞参与了胃b细胞淋巴瘤的组织发生。4、分析IgH V DNA序列提示细菌共感染在胃MALT型淋巴瘤的发展过程中，与多种人类基因同源，并在胃高级别淋巴瘤的发展过程中持续发生体细胞突变。诱导型一氧化氮合酶（Inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS）可产生具有致突变性的一氧化氮（nitric oxide， NO），研究了iNOS在全身淋巴器官、hp相关性胃溃疡和胃淋巴瘤中的表达。(1)萌发中心iN0S的表达与HP侵染有密切关系。(2) HP体脂多糖Lewis X/Y沉积于局部淋巴结生发中心。(3)胃MALT型淋巴瘤混杂生发中心表达的iNOS。然后，HP对粘膜免疫的致病性和HP对胃MALT型淋巴瘤的致癌性可能出现在生发中心，其中iNOS由Lewis X/Y诱导产生NO.6，在某些情况下，少数具有EBER-1信号的淋巴瘤细胞提示EBV （Epstein-Barr virus， EBV）感染是胃淋巴瘤发生的进展因素之一，尽管大多数淋巴瘤细胞丢失了EBV基因组。7、本课题开发了利用网络设计寡核苷酸探针检测API2和MALT-1基因病理状态的方法，其中嵌合基因在np非相关MALT型淋巴瘤中被发现。少
