Responses to Corruption : Comprehensive Study on the Crime of Corruption

本研究项目的目的是对公职人员腐败的法律对策进行全面研究，不仅考虑国内情况，而且考虑国际情况，特别是国际社会通过的各种控制腐败的法律文书。在对包括法律文书和文件在内的各种材料进行广泛和彻底的研究的基础上，本研究项目可能导致对公职人员行为的管制和对这种法律规定的制裁制度提出一些重要建议。

The purpose of this research project is to conduct a comprehensive research on the legal responses to corruption of persons in public offices, taking into consideration not only the domestic situation but also the international situations, especially the various legal instruments for the control of corruption adopted by the international community. Based on the extensive and thourough research on various materials including legal instruments and documents, this research project could lead to some significant proposals for the regulation of conducts of persons in public offices and the sanction system for such legal regulations.
