RESTRUCTURING THE PREVENTIVE FUNCTION WITHIN THE PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING PRACTICE.

本研究项目旨在探讨21世纪初日本公共卫生护士在公共卫生护理实践中应发挥的预防作用。从这些研究中，我们确定了预防措施的目标以及公共卫生护士关心的与健康相关的生活部分。实践的目标是这三个；1.残疾人和老年人可以在社区独立生活。2.居民可以接受病人或残疾人作为社区成员。3.减轻居民对传染病爆发的焦虑。公共卫生护士所关心的这些与生活健康有关的部分；1.对病人和残疾人有偏见的。2.对传染病的焦虑和困惑。3.生活中潜在的问题。4.生命周期中的任务。5.与使用服务相关的态度。6.居民解决问题的能力。7.和社区里的人的联系。公共卫生护士预防方法的特点是这五个方面。1.基于社区人文关怀的护理方法。2.支持自我护理和人与人之间的联系。3.接近感知和想法。4.每个人都可以住在自己的社区里。5.基于社会责任的公共卫生护士为社区的全体居民服务。

This research project purposed to discuss the preventive function within the public health nursing practice that public health nurse should make much more of in the early 21century in Japan.From these studies, we identified the goals of preventive practices and the parts of life related to the health which public health nurses concerned for nursing care. The goals of practices were these three ; 1.People with disability and elderly can live in the community independently. 2.The residents can accept the people with sick or disability as the community member. 3.Decreasing the anxiety among the residents in the outbreak of the communicable disease. Public health nurses concerned to these parts of life related to the health ; 1.Having the prejudices against the sick and disability. 2.The anxiety and confusion for communicable disease. 3.The latent problems of life. 4.The tasks on the life cycle. 5.The attitude related to use the services. 6.The resident's problem-solving powers. 7.The connection to the people in the community.The characters of preventive approach by public health nurse were these five items. 1.Nursing approach based on human care in the community. 2.Support to the self care and connecting the person and person. 3.Approach to the perceptions and ideas. 4.Everyone can live in there own community. 5.Based on the social responsibility of public health nurse for a all residents in the community.
