1.The Progress and present condition of the program for public health nursing education in Japan.(1)Since 1980, Hours of curricurum in public health Nursing school increased rapidly. (2)The practice of nursing for the aged increased. Accordingly, the program by public health nursing education should be systematized.2.The fanction of public health nurse in Health service for the aged.(1)The trend of public health nurse An average of public health nurse become young. 20-29 years old is 25 persents. 30-39 years old is 31 persents. (2)The function of public health nurse in home nursing service. (3)Principle of public health nursing on health examination service.3.Study on the effective program of public health nursing activity based on community. (1)Understanding on the status of personal life in community For this study, it is effective program to understand activities of primary health worker(HOKEN-SUISHININ). (2)Guidance of the principle of public health nursing4.The program for public health nursing education in the near future. (1)The point of the program of health servise for the aged in course for public health nursing education. (2)Continuing education for public health nurse education should be systematized.

1.日本公共卫生护理教育的进展与现状。（1）自1980年以来，公共卫生护理学校的课程学时迅速增加。（2）老年护理实践增加。因此，公共卫生护理教育应系统化。2.公共卫生护士在老年卫生服务中的作用。（1）公共卫生护士的发展趋势公共卫生护士的平均年龄趋于年轻化。20-29岁为25%。30-39岁占31%。（2）公共卫生护士在家庭护理服务中的作用。（3）健康体检服务的公共卫生护理原则。（3）以社区为基础的公共卫生护理活动的有效方案研究。（1）对社区个人生活状况的了解对于本研究来说，了解初级保健工作者（HOKEN-SUISHININ）的活动是有效的方案。（2）公共卫生护理原则的指导4.公共卫生护理教育的近期规划。（1）老年健康服务项目在公共卫生护理教育中的作用。（2）公共卫生护士继续教育应系统化。
